Available in office suites: single, double and multiple occupany options. These are fully serviced workplace solutions.
Single or Double Occupancy Option: Typical office size is 145-170 sq. ft. and are available furnished or unfurnished. Our standard contract includes use of office, 24/7 access, visitor & mail handling, reception and break-room areas, all utilities and general maintenance, parking, Wi-Fi, drinks and snacks.
Office Suite Option: 675 sq. ft. comprising 2 large offices and an open space, break-room and vanity. Available serviced or un-serviced with independent entry/exit. Can accomodate up to 10 people.
Day offices and workplaces are available for hourly, daily or weekly rental.
Other options include: Superlative phone system (programmable to your needs) with superior voicemail options; T-1 internet access; Print, Copy, Scan and Fax Service; Security Shredding and much more.
Meeting Room Solutions
Tegan Executive Suites offers several meeting room solutions that can accommodate 2-12 people. This service includes complimentary Wi-FI; local telephone calls; reception and break-room services. Our Conference rooms are ideally suited for board and other large meeting, networking activities and training sessions.
Phone Answering Solutions
Tegan Executive Suites has a versatile and contemporary phone system. You may retain your existing phone numbers and program your in-coming & out-going calls to meet your particular needs and preferences. Our passionate and professional associates are available to answer your calls thereby enhancing your business image. Also, your voicemails are available 24/7 by remote access or delivery via e-mail/text.
Virtual Office Solutions
Enjoy all the benefits of an office without a typical office. A real cost saver! Project a professional business address and image to your clients while protecting your privacy or working on-site or factory. When needed, we have day offices, meeting and conference rooms and business support on pay-per-use, on-demand basis.
